Bruce started his career in the Real Estate industry in 1984. Initially, Bruce was a Sales Manager based in the Parramatta area of Sydney. This quickly expanded to include all facets of Real Estate – Auctions, Project Marketing, Finance and Investment Properties.
Many of Bruce’s business principals were learned during his sixteen years as an owner of a hotel complex in the Chanel islands, UK, followed by his property development company in Australia.
As a fully licenced Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer, Bruce has gained extensive experience and exposure to The Hills District and Parramatta Region that is hard to match. Throughout his Real Estate carer, spanning over 30 years, Bruce has been involved in the sale of over two thousand homes.

    The following testimonial goes well beyond the price achieved on auction day, but rather reflects upon the journey taken in getting to that day. Our property has been the family home for nearly thirty years, lovingly maintained, full of character and charm, a home to be proud of. In early 2011, for a change in lifestyle, our family relocated to Tasmania’s Tamar Valley. We had expectations of a market value of $1.5M, which, given the benefit of hindsight, was well founded, however our first agent was only prepared to suggest a price range of between $1.15M and $1.25M. This price range was based upon other recent sales in the area. No action was taken regarding the sale at this time, but we were certainly left with an uneasy feeling that the uniqueness of our property was not being taken into account. The decision to sell was made in early March 2017. We once again approached our leasing agent, but again with reservations left in our minds, we also decided to seek the opinion of a small independent agency, enter Bruce Mansell and Robert Thomson, of Everything Realty. First impressions are always important, and they did not disappoint. They immediately saw the selling potential that our property offered, its uniqueness, its character, and they were hungry to win our business, and immediately suggested a value in the range of $1.5M to $1.6M. The strength of listing with an independent agent Everything Realty became apparent to us when two other properties in our street sold extremely well, for $1.4 and $1.645M, well above what the national franchises were achieving. Also, to be appreciated, were the numerous times that Bruce and Robert visited our property, whether it be to provide moral support during our frantic efforts to prepare the property for sale, or to update us on offers made and feedback from our open homes. The final result achieved of $1.61M was testament to the efforts of Bruce and Robert, and proved that our choice of an independent agent was in our best suits. Our journey has no concluded, and we are thankful that our paths crossed with Bruce and Robert from Everything Realty.
